This model of growth in learning was developed by Panicucci in 2007 as a learning model and was adapted many times over for Covid in 2020 as a comfort zone model.  It is open source.  I think it is very pertinent to learning something new and overcoming challenges.  @Anthony – you have used many of these steps as we have gone along, particularly in the area of critiques and skill growth.  This model plays a big part in current public health education styles as committed change over long duration is very difficult to achieve. Panicucci really impacted how to create change in large populations.  It is one of my favorites (esp. in its original form).  Thanks for posting!
